Programme Mentors

Typical Programme


Intro Days

The first 1-2 days of any programme are the most important as this is when you develop the ability to generate ideas away from your normal comfort zone, and form detailed project plans around your own ideas.
Core components:
        1. Ideation
        2. Project planning
        3. Team building

Project Days

The majority of any programme is spent doing your own or your teams research project, coupled with inspirational sessions.
Core components:
        1. Individual and group research project work
        2. Afternoon lecture programmes
            a.  University level content
            b. College counselling
            c. Science debating sessions

Reflection Days

Presenting, advertising and defending your work is an important conclusion to any project.
Core components:
        1. Results write-up
        2. Presentation planning
        3. News and magazine article preparation
